PBX and IP PBX sales increased 16% in North America in 2010 according to a study by Eastern Management Group. Study results were published in an article in No Jitter. Although PBX line sales for some manufacturers did fall off; two thirds got uplift. Cisco, Avaya, NEC, Mitel, Panasonic, Vertical Communications and ShorTel all increased sales.
