Eastern Management Methodology
Eastern Management’s research and analytical approach is always custom tailored to the individual pricing situation. Before we start, we’ll discuss the methodology. When we are in agreement we will begin the assignment and schedule frequent reviews.
We have all the research tools needed for any pricing engagement. Depending on the project, we may survey or interview prospects, customers, cohorts, wholesalers and/or competitors. Eastern Management also performs its own surveys.
