The Top 10 Leaders in Eastern Management Group’s “2017 VoIP Phones Customer Satisfaction” report have been announced.
 
The Top 10 Leaders in Eastern Management Group’s “2017 VoIP Phones Customer Satisfaction” report have been announced. This year’s list includes Yealink and Unify among customers’ preferred choices.
 
More than 2,800 SIP phone customers participated in the global survey. The 17 VoIP phone vendors were evaluated on 10 measurements ranging from technology to customer service.
 
Four customer satisfaction studies have been conducted by the Eastern Management Group in 2017, on VoIP phones, PBXs, session border controllers, and SIP trunking.
 
The objectives of the customer satisfaction research are twofold according to the Eastern Management Group. The findings provide vendors with information on themselves and peer companies to use for benchmarking purposes. And customers benefit from evaluations of leading VoIP phone companies, to use in the vendor selection process. Findings from the “2017 VoIP Phones Customer Satisfaction” research are available in a report from the Eastern Management Group.
